CompanyX Communications Ltd. recognises that the control of all health, safety and environmental matters arising from our
work activities is not only an essential feature of our efficient operation, but is also a civil and statutory obligation.
It is our intention to provide the safest possible working conditions for our employees by:
Promoting personal responsibility and effort by employees at all levels to minimise
health, safety and environmental hazards to themselves and other employees.
Promoting and maintaining a safe plant, equipment and safe systems of work
Making safe arrangements for the use, handling and storage of articles and substances
Providing and maintaining a healthy environment and adequate welfare facilities
It is the intention of CompanyX Communications Limited to enlist the support of all employees towards achieving the safest
possible working conditions and encourage consultation on all health and safety matters.
CompanyX Communications Limited also recognises the need to have regard for health, safety and welfare of others who
may be affected by our activities, including contractors and members of the public. It is our intention to ensure that the safety
of all visitors is safeguarded at all times.
It is the intention of CompanyX Communications Limited to co-operate fully with all relevant Authorities in order to ensure the
requirements of this policy are met.
The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements which will be made to implement this policy, are
available in our complete Health and Safety and Environmental policy document.
The CompanyX Communications Limited undertakes to review this policy on a regular basis, in the light of new knowledge,
changing legislation, and operational procedures.
