Friend of CompanyX, artist Duncan McKellar's film of his big wavy hand kinetic sculpture that brings some welcome positivity by waving hello or goodbye to train passengers. Duncan constructed the artwork from scrap wood and powered it with a Peugeot 307 electric window motor with a mechanism similar to that found on a steam train wheel. Keep a look out at the very beginning of the film on the right hand side for the escaping assistant!

Spotted this on The Guardian website. Over at the Alte Försterei stadium, Union Berlin have invited its supporters to bring their sofas to watch World Cup matches on a giant screen. Take a look as the fans make themselves comfortable ready for the tournament's opening match – Brazil v Croatia
