Working with our friends at Entity Communications, an Employee Referral Scheme is being developed for Somerfield that works on the principle of it's not what you know but who you know. CompanyX have designed the 'shout' ident and the look and feel of the campaign. The brief was simple. Somerfield are after the brightest, most energetic and exuberant candidates around.
