Project title: How to handle pets, livestock and equine animals

​

Brooke asked me to design three sets of infographics for their campaign promoting the importance of compassionate animal handling. As they; are primarily an equine focussed animal welfare charity, to broaden the narrative and raise awareness of Brooke to a wider audience, pets and livestock were added to the set.

In the end I illustrated 21 handling scenarios including the ones below affectionately referred to as 'Wary Chicken' and 'Blissed Out Rat'. The main challenge was showing an often abusive relationship between animal and owner without it looking off-putting. For example how to show anger or physical mistreatment.
