Back in January 2018 we staged an art installation on the US Mexico border called 'Reflect - a Ray of Hope'. It was using mirrored masks and 100 people standing in a straight line, 50 on either side of the border and its aim was to promote peace, tolerance and unity following the divisive rhetoric coming from Donald Trump during his first presidential term.
My last blog post featured Kamala Harris visiting Douglas, Arizona - the location we staged the event at.
Never for a moment did I think Trump would win again.
It is unbelievably depressing that the world once again has to endure four more years of Trump and all of the awful consequences that it will bring. We met some wonderful people on both sides of the border and really hope that their lives aren't affected too badly.
