TBY2 Branding
 
Project title: Branding for The Bottle Yard Studios second site TBY2.

Good things happen in the dark. This was the principle behind the branding of TBY2, The Bottle Yard’s £12m brand new state-of-the-art second TV and film studio facility, offering three premium quality sound stages available for bookings from Autumn 2022. The brightly coloured shape - using the same lime green of the main Bottle Yard logo - suggests an illuminated doorway in the dark, where exciting stuff is going on inside. 

 

It was really important to give the new site its own personality while retaining a connection to the main Bottle Yard site down the road. By using the main site's initials in isolation, we instantly created that connection along with a visually compact wordmark that can either be used with or without a strapline. The additional superscript '2' highlights the far larger sound stage offering and even gives us the potential to easily add new site variations in the future (e.g.TBY3, TBY4).
